The Facility is located in Raichur, Karnataka which is very nearer to the Pharma hub Hyderabad at a distance of 200 Km. The Industry is located in the KIADB Industrial area.
• Total area of the Plant is 2.13 Acres
• Three Production Blocks with dedicated manufacturing streams in each block
• Consists of various Reactors ranging from 250 Lit to 6.3 KL (SSR, GLR, Hydrogenator and Cryo Reactor), total Reactor Volume is 56,700 Lit
• Columns for Purification, Liquid Nitrogen Storage Vessel for Cryo Reaction, Hydrgenator for Pressure Reactions, hot oil system for high temperature reactions
• Multiple Effective Evaporators for Effluent Treatment (Zero Liquid Discharge is in place)
• well-planned utility system which ensures regular supply of steam, electricity, chilled brine and purified water
